2. Data we process and why

  • Inquiry data (name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, product interest, quantity, message, attachments): to answer your request and prepare a quotation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
  • Communication data (emails, WhatsApp messages): to perform and document our correspondence. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
  • Technical data (IP address, user agent, referring page, timestamp): to operate the site securely and detect abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Consent data (your cookie choice, version and timestamp): to document and honour your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation to prove consent) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for non-essential cookies.

3. Recipients

We share data only with processors acting on our instructions: our hosting provider, our email service provider and, if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Processors are bound by data processing agreements.

4. International transfers

Our company and parts of our infrastructure are located in China, a country without an EU adequacy decision. Transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and on additional technical and organisational safeguards. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards at xinyu7461@gmail.com.

5. Retention

Inquiry and correspondence data are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded or statutory retention periods (tax, commercial law) require longer storage. Server log files are generally deleted after 30 days.

6. Your rights

Under Art. 15–21 GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (use “Cookie settings” in the footer). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the EU Member State of your residence.
